Rosie began making the dressing and jam on their property "Mayfield" in western NSW in 2005 during the drought when she was looking for a way to bring in some extra income to the farm with her husband and 4 daughters.

After trialling on family and friends, they started selling their products at local markets. People loved them and the word soon spread.

Still handmade, the kitchen has relocated to Warren, where their products are made with the same passion and commitment to supply consistent quality and a rich natural flavour. Now they are sold all over Australia.
